This invitation-only evening unveiled the 2025 restaurant selection: a record-breaking 181 establishments honored, including 9 One MICHELIN Star restaurants (1 newly awarded, 1 promoted), 2 MICHELIN Green Star, 63 Bib Gourmand, and 109 MICHELIN Selected venues.
